Green Thinking: Water Conservation - Cleaning

- Always run full loads in your washing machine - and when you need to replace it, make sure to get a more efficient model.
- Use concentrated cleaners. Then you aren't paying for extra water in production, which costs more to transport; or extra packaging.
- Use natural-based cleaners whenever possible.
- Don't dump things down the drain that don't belong there - use a hazardous-waste drop site instead.
- Run fewer loads of laundry - re-use or re-wear clothes when practical.
