Healthy Habits: 28-Day Walkabout

Orthaheel and Dr. Andrew Weil Integrative Footwear have announced that the call for participants is now open for the 2nd Annual 28-Day Walkabout Campaign.
Australian podiatrist Phillip Vasyli, global health expert Dr. Andrew Weil and fitness expert and celebrity trainer Juliet Kaska of JK Zen Fitness will kick-off the nationwide campaign on National Walking Day, April 3, 2013.

The campaign is open to the public and participants are encouraged to commit to walking just thirty minutes a day to attain physical and emotional health and wellbeing. The Walkabout will take place over a 28-day period of time, during which participants will receive daily email encouragement, tips and the chance to win prizes. Select ambassadors will also be chosen to lead walking groups across the country as part of the 28-day Quest for Good Health.
