Buying Green: Xlear Sparx

Before I had a chance to sample Xlear products I had never heard of any of them. They make a candy -  SparX®, that is made with xylitol. Xylitol is a natural sweetener that can actually help improve dental health and strengthen enamel.

This candy isn't as sweet as some candies, but it's sweeter than others. So it's pretty much in the middle of the pack as far as non-chocolate candy goes, as far as I'm concerned. But given the fact that it's sweetened with xylitol instead of other alternatives, I much prefer this. I did give the candy to my girls, who liked it, and also shared some with friends. The berry and fruit flavors were definitely more popular. 

SparX can be found at selected health and natural foods stores, including Whole Foods and neighborhood co-ops. I know I'll be buying some there in the future!
