Giveaway: Green Mountain Coffee

It’s Fair Trade Month, and I have a chance to celebrate by giving away Fair Trade Certified™ Green Mountain Coffee to give away to your readers. The prize pack includes one bag of premium GMC coffee and one box of K-cups. 

Only one in three consumers is aware of what fair trade is all about – that a simple purchasing decision can help improve the lives of people around the world. So, to celebrate Fair Trade Month and raise awareness, Green Mountain Coffee and musicians Grace Potter and Michael Franti have teamed up as part of “Great Coffee, Good Vibes, Pass It On,” a campaign designed to increase awareness for fair trade and the positive impact it has on farmers all over the world.

 

To “raise the volume” on fair trade, Potter and Franti will each give exclusive, solo, livestreamed performances on the Green Mountain Coffee Facebook page (Grace from New York on Oct. 9 and Michael from Los Angeles Oct. 24) for fans to enjoy.

 

Earlier this year, Potter and Franti visited fair trade farms in Colombia and Sumatra, where they saw firsthand how fair trade positively impacts the lives of farmers and their families.  By visiting the Green Mountain Facebook page, fans can see exclusive photos and videos from their trips, and even enter to win a trip of their own to Costa Rica
