Healthy Habits: Looking Good from Inside Out

Did you know that what you put in your body can have almost as big an effect on your appearance as what you put on the outside? The effect isn't as immediate as cosmetics, but it's much more lasting and better for you in the long run. To help make sure you look - and feel - your best, be sure to: stay hydrated, eat healthy meals, eat good fats (omega-3'smonounsaturated fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fats), and seek out foods with antioxidants.
