Healthy Habits: Natural Energy Boosters

Do you need a boost of energy at times? Don't reach for a highly caffeinated energy shot or drink loaded with sugar. Try listening to music on a regular basis to reduce your fatigue level, rubbing a pumice stone with your hands to psych yourself up, decorate your workspace with bright colors like yellow and orange, eat an orange or another zesty tangy fruit, or smell citrus or peppermint.
